Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Obviously, the user felt very frustrated since we're trying to move everyone into OneDrive and SharePoint Case 3: Yet another spreadsheet saved in OneDrive. This is a document that was created a long time ago, and nothing had changed about it in terms of permissions. I was able to load it sometimes and not at other times. The user reported the same experience. Case 4: OneNote!
A user that only users Office products in the browser was unable to load a notebook that was part of a team site that she was part of. Again, it just loads a blank white page. In fact, she likely created most if not all of the content inside of the NoteBook.
I had her clear her cache and try a different browser and nothing changed. Sometimes it loaded - sometimes not. I had the same experience when I loaded the notebook as well. Additionally, when the user did successfully open the notebook many of the sections of a particular tab were corrupt. I was able to load the notebook into OneNote , view everything sans one section corrupt , and copy everything to a new tab.
I instructed this user to use OneNote , but she received an error when trying to log into OneDrive. I submitted a support ticket to Microsoft, but I was unable to sync up with the tech for a phone call.
He instructed me to install Fiddler, reproduce the issue, and submit the logs. However, the issue is so sporadic that I have been unable to reproduce the issue while Fiddler was capturing.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? We are using Office so we do not host these files.
